ÉLAN Studio sends out orders with UPS/USPS to bring out the fastest shipping rate possible with the fairest fee.
Delivery time takes about 3-5 business days.
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the parcel has been shipped out to you, the control is not in our hands anymore and in shipping carrier’s instead. So please make sure you do the followings right to prevent problems.

* The address for delivery is accessible
* Make sure there is someone is available to collect the parcel
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Due to COVID19, we have to apologize for not taking any exchanges or returns at the moment. Sorry for this inconvenience.
We understand you would want to exchange your product if you are not happy with it so we want to make it as simple as possible for you. Please read the rules carefully in case of considering exchanging a product:
You can exchange the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
Don’t forget to include your reason for exchange the item. Please the attachment below.
We need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition, not worn, washed, or damaged – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
Please ensure to obtain a tracking code at the post office. All returned goods remain in the responsibility of the customer until they reach Elan Studio. Elan Studio does not take any responsibility for lost products and holds the right to refuse a refund in case of lost products.
