Delivery time takes about 3-5 business days.

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to Once the parcel has been shipped out to you, the control is not in our hands anymore and in shipping carrier’s instead. So please make sure you do the followings right to prevent problems.

  • Provide correct address for delivery
  • The address for delivery is accessible
  • Ensure someone is available to collect the parcel

Orders will be processed and hand to our carrier from 1 - 3 business days. Then we will send you your shipping confirmation along with the tracking number. ÉLAN won't be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, pandemic, holiday occur or customs.



Unfortunately, we do not accept any RETURNS at the moment. So please if you have any questions about our size, feel free to email us via with your measurement so we can assist you with your correct size.

We understand you would want to exchange your product if you are not happy with it so we want to make it as simple as possible for you. Please read the rules carefully in case of considering exchanging a product:

  • You can exchange the item(s) within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Please note that shipping exchange fee will be made at your own cost.
      1. Don’t forget to include your reason for exchange the item. Please the attachment below.

      2. We need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition, not worn, washed, or damaged – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.

If you want to return because the purchased products have manufacturing issues, you can request a return by sending an email to us with your order number.
  • ÉLAN Team will contact you via email within 3 working days after the date you make a request.
  • ÉLAN will inform you if the returned product(s) are available in stock or not.
  • If yes, our team will send you the new product(s) and will not refund the value of the defective product(s). Please note that you will have to send back the defective product(s).
  • If not, ÉLAN will send you a Credit Refund code that is equal to the total value of the defective product(s), including the shipping fees. You can apply the Credit Refund Code to your next order. Please note that you will need to send back the defective products before we send you your Credit Refund Code.
  • The Credit Refund Code is valid within 90 days from the received date.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Please ensure to obtain a tracking code at the post office. All returned goods remain in the responsibility of the customer until they reach ÉLAN.
